Breakfast:
- 3/4 cup granola cereal with 1 cup skim milk
- 20 grapes
Lunch:
- Whole wheat wrap with mustard, lettuce, and cheese
- 30 grapes
Dinner:
- Rice with vegetables
- Tablespoon of nutella
Snacks:
- Mid morning: 12 almonds
- Nighttime: half an ice cream bar

Breakfast:
- 1 cup granola cereal with 1 cup almond milk
- 8 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Lunch
- Sandwich: 2 pieces whole wheat bread and 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 mango
Dinner
- 1 cup tomato soup (make with skim milk instead of water)
- 2 pieces whole wheat bread

- 1 banana
Lunch
- 1 piece of whole grain bread with mustard and 1 oz. cheese
- 3/4 cup red grapes
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Dinner
- 1 cup whole wheat penne pasta
- 1/2 cup green beans
- Celery with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 4 strawberries
Snacks
- Midmorning: 1 string cheese
- Afternoon: 12 almonds
