Food Log- 8/22/11

Breakfast:

  • 3/4 cup granola cereal with 1 cup skim milk
  • 20 grapes

Lunch:

  • Whole wheat wrap with mustard, lettuce, and cheese
  • 30 grapes

Dinner:

  • Rice with vegetables
  • Tablespoon of nutella

Snacks:

  • Mid morning: 12 almonds
  • Nighttime: half an ice cream bar

Food Log- 7/12/11

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup granola cereal with 1 cup almond milk
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Lunch

  • Sandwich: 2 pieces whole wheat bread and 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 mango

Dinner

  • 1 cup tomato soup (make with skim milk instead of water)
  • 2 pieces whole wheat bread

  • 1 cup granola cereal with 1 cup almond milk and 8 cut up strawberries
  • 1 banana

Lunch

  • 1 piece of whole grain bread with mustard and 1 oz. cheese
  • 3/4 cup red grapes
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Dinner

  • 1 cup whole wheat penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • Celery with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 strawberries

Snacks

  • Midmorning: 1 string cheese
  • Afternoon: 12 almonds
